  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products damaged during delivery must be reported within 48 hours with photo proof.
  • Items such as personal care products, customized items, or hygiene-related products are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team with order details and reason for return.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected. Refund timelines:

  • Prepaid orders: Refund issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refund issued via bank transfer within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Replacement Policy

Replacements may be issued if:

  • Wrong product was delivered
  • Product received is defective or damaged
  • The product is out of stock for replacement, in which case a refund will be issued

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

  • Before the order is shipped
  • Before the order moves into the packaging stage

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may still return the product after delivery (where policies allow).

5. Non-Cancellable Items

The following items cannot be cancelled once ordered:

  • Customized or engraved products
  • Gift cards or digital codes
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect information will not be eligible for refunds.
